Description
This trendy hat is a quick weekend knitting project for those wanting a speedy yet striking outcome. It is a good learner pattern to get to grips with working in the round and small enough to carry around with ease. Knitting starts at the brim with a 1x1 rib that transitions into a 3x3 rib up the main crown of the hat.
Made in 100% Peruvian Highland wool, our &Make Super Bulky yarn, this hat will keep the wearer warm and irresistibly comfortable when venturing into the outdoors.
Yarn:
The Fibre Co.&Make Super Bulky (100% Highland wool, 80 m (87 yd) per 100 g ball) in shades Cherries & Berries, Spill The Sea, or Serious Shade – 1 (1, 2, 2, 2, 2) balls.
Construction notes:
The Jagged Ridge Beanie is worked seamlessly in the round from the brim to the crown. The brim is worked in 1x1 ribbing and the body of the hat is worked in 3x3 ribbing. Crown decreases are worked to shape the hat. The hat can be worn with the brim folded up or down as you prefer.
