Description

The Sea Garden Cowl is inspired by the beauty of the undersea world’s gentle movement of marine plants with the tide. Created with 18 crocheted squares, each bearing a floral center using the popcorn stitch, the cowl’s petal shapes yield a three-dimensional texture reminiscent of a serene underwater garden.

Designed in The Fibre Co.’s Cirro—a luxurious blend of Suri alpaca, organic cotton, and Merino wool—the cowl shines in three oceanic shades that are alternated across the squares. Using a larger hook than typically called for, the cowl has an airy finish with a generous drape. The combination of Cirro's fuzzy halo and the popcorn stitch floral motif makes a beautifully textured fabric. Whether you're new to crochet or seasoned in the craft, the Sea Garden Cowl promises a delightful journey in every stitch.
